Experience with T'way Air's in-flight meals on European routes

Airline name change: to Trinity Airways

T'way Air has changed its name to Trinity Airways. Since I took this flight on a European tour in June 26, this is an experience based on the premise that Trinity Airlines' services will remain intact.

Two free meals provided

T'way Air's European routes (such as Paris, Rome, Barcelona, Frankfurt, and Zagreb) will also provide two free in-flight meals to economy class passengers.
The complimentary provision of two meals is a characteristic of long-haul European routes. After departure, the first meal (usually the main in-flight meal) and the second meal (brunch, porridge, simple meals, etc.) are served.
While some say there are single menu options, in my case, it was either bibimbap vs. chicken rice bowl, or pork chop steak.
Bottled water is provided as a standard, and additional drinks, snacks, and alcoholic beverages can be purchased for a fee.
On the first flight from Incheon to Paris, I chose pork chop steak over bibimbap. About two-thirds of the pork chop steak is placed, and the rest of the space contains mashed potatoes. Red peppers are also placed on top. The taste is considered top-tier at this level, but the portion size is somewhat lacking, which is a shame.
On the other hand, the group who went with me chose bibimbap but was not very satisfied, and some said it was bland, perhaps due to a lack of gochujang seasoning.
Incheon~> The Paris in-flight meal is a mixture of sausage, potatoes, scrambled, beans, and ketchup. I'm at a loss as to what to call this dish (it's called scrambled egg sausage), but it tasted good. It contains two small sausages and hash brown potatoes, which are perfect for my taste, as I prefer greasy food. This is not necessarily a generous amount, but it is not at a level that should be considered stingy either.
Upon returning home, most of the group was so exhausted from the hectic tour schedule that they were almost unconscious, so I had to choose between porridge, bibimbap, and sausage.
The menu can change depending on the season or time of year, and the free in-flight meal menu can be found on the official T'way Air website, so this article should be read as a reference.
Vegetarian/Vegan in-flight meals and pure vegetarian menus are also available separately. Cabbage rolls + tomato cool sauce, carrots, stir-fried vegetable pasta, and cauliflower pasta are provided, but they are only available on long-haul routes such as Europe, North America, and Sydney. Ticket reservations can be made in advance (up to 3 days before departure) or requested on board.

How I felt about eating it?

Overall, the biggest advantage for a low-cost airline is that it offers two free meals, and many people say the taste is decent. It's enough to satisfy hunger on long-haul flights.
However, compared to national airlines, it is often simple with individual items, and plastic tableware and packaging are often provided as is, so it would be best to lower expectations. The amount may be moderate or slightly insufficient based on the standards of those who eat small portions.
